Terms and conditions

Company: Tibox servis s.r.o., with its registered office at Karpatské námestie 10, Bratislava 83106, Company ID (IČO): 47377763, registered in the trade register under OBU-BA-OZP1-2013/49624-2, for the provision of services through the online store at www.jobeu.org.

1. Introductory provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions of Tibox servis s.r.o., registered office Karpatské námestie 10, Bratislava 83106, Company ID 47377763, phone 0907 346 997 (hereinafter the „seller") regulate, in accordance with § 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

1.2. The terms and conditions form an integral part of the purchase contract; the contract and the terms are drawn up in the Slovak language. The seller may change or supplement the wording of the terms, which does not affect rights and obligations arising under the previous version.

2. User account

2.1. When registering and ordering the service the buyer must provide all data correctly and truthfully and update them on any change. The data are considered correct by the seller.

2.2. The buyer acknowledges that the user account may not be available continuously, in particular due to necessary maintenance of hardware and software equipment.

3. Conclusion of the purchase contract

3.1. All presentation of services is informative and the seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract. § 1732(2) of the Civil Code shall not apply.

3.2. Prices are quoted including VAT and all related fees and remain valid while displayed in the web interface of the store.

3.3. To order, the buyer fills in the registration form containing: First name, Last name, E-mail, Phone number.

3.4. Before submitting, the buyer may check and modify the entered data. The seller confirms receipt of the order without delay by e-mail; the contractual relationship arises by delivery of acceptance of the order, sent by the seller by e-mail.

3.6. The buyer agrees to the use of remote communication means; the buyer bears the related costs, which do not differ from the basic rate.

4. Price of services and payment terms

4.1. The price of the SMS is €24 incl. VAT, one-time, and includes an activated profile for job offers for 2 months. Payment is cashless via Premium SMS.

4.2. The buyer may also pay by card with profile activation for the period under the package (one-time fee, not monthly).

4.3. The seller does not require a deposit or other similar payment. In the case of cashless payment, the buyer's obligation is fulfilled when the relevant amount is credited to the seller's account.

5. Complaints

5.1. To file a complaint, the User may contact the Operator in writing at reklamacie@jobeu.org. The complaint must contain a specific description of the matter complained about.

6. Delivery of services

6.1. Delivery is immediate — by activating the service the user gains access to all job offers and employer contacts.

6.3. By sending the activation SMS the user agrees to the terms and to the processing of personal data by Tibox servis s.r.o., registered office Karpatské námestie 10, Bratislava 83106.

7. Personal data protection

7.1. The protection of the buyer's personal data is provided under applicable personal-data-protection legislation.

7.2. The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data (first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number) to exercise rights and obligations under the contract and to maintain the user account. Details are set out in a separate privacy policy.

8. Commercial communications and cookies

8.1. The buyer agrees to receiving information related to the seller's services at the buyer's electronic address (consent may be withdrawn at any time) and to the storage of cookies on their computer.

9. Delivery of notices

9.1. Notices may be delivered to the buyer's electronic address.

10. Final provisions

10.1. If the relationship contains an international element, it is governed by Slovak law, without prejudice to consumer rights.

10.2. If any provision is invalid, it is replaced by a provision whose meaning approaches it as closely as possible.
