Complaints procedure
Right to file a complaint
- The User has the right to file a complaint with the Operator only for paid services exhibiting faulty performance which the Operator may have caused. A defect is considered identified once the User reports it in a verifiable manner. The Operator must investigate the cause without undue delay.
- If the service exhibits defects, the User has the right to file a complaint at info@jobeu.org.
- The User is obliged to familiarise themselves with the service upon purchase.
- The User must report defects during the warranty period without undue delay after discovering them, otherwise the right to complain expires.
- When filing a complaint, the User must provide identification data, a detailed description of the defect and a timeline of the issue.
- The Operator or an authorised employee shall determine the method of handling the complaint no later than 30 days from the day it was filed.
- The Operator shall issue confirmation of receipt. Electronic complaints will be handled in electronic form.
- The User has no right to file a complaint for defects of which the Operator has informed them.
Expiration of the right to complain
The User's right to file a complaint with the Provider expires in the following cases:
- failure to prove the purchase of the service from the Provider,
- failure to report obvious defects immediately upon purchase or after their occurrence,
- expiration of the warranty period,
- damage to the service caused by the User,
- improper handling of the service, or use in violation of the general and specific rules for the Provider's servers and applicable Slovak legislation,
- due to force majeure,
- failure or unsuitability of the User's own technical equipment,
- incorrect procedure by the User when using technical equipment or the service,
- damage to or interference by the User with the technical solution of the service,
- interruption of local access or the connection provided by the internet service provider.
